Can we outsource our internal audits and Management Review? Yes you can. Business PSR can create an audit program for you and conduct the audits according to plan. Same goes for your Management Review. We can help you with the minutes of meeting of your Management Review.

Do we need to calibrate all our measurement equipment?No, it depends on what you need to check and what the customer requires. Business PSR can analyze what you need to calibrate (utility and necessity) and how you can safe money.

Do i need to have objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on each department? No. Business PSR can assist you to create SMART objectives and KPI’s to achieve you company goals.

Do i need to measure Customer Satisfaction? Yes, you need to demonstrate that there is a system available to demonstrate that your customers are satisfied. Business PSR can assist you with creating a simple system to measure your customer satisfaction.

Can I change my current Certified Body? Yes. E.g your management system is certified by Lloyd’s Register and you want to transfer your certification to British Standards Institution (BSI) DNV or Bureau Veritas. Yes it’s possible and Business PSR can assist you with this.

My suppliers are not performing as we agreed together and we do not have the resources to push them to take appropriate corrective action, can we outsource suppliers audits? Yes, Business PSR can conduct all your (key) supplier audits and motivate them to improve as agreed together.

Mogen we interne audits en Management Review uitbesteden? Ja dat mag. Business PSR kan een auditprogramma opzetten voor u en tevens de audits uitvoeren volgens plan. Ook de notulen van je Management Review (directiebeoordeling) kunnen wij (gezamenlijk) opstellen.

Moeten we alle meetmiddelen kalibreren? Nee, dit hangt af van wat u allemaal moet meten, goedkeuren en wat de klant van u verwacht. Business PSR kan voor u uitzoeken welke meetmiddelen wel of niet gekalibreerd hoeven te worden (nut en noodzaak) en hoe u eventueel geld hiermee kunt besparen.

Moet ik doelstellingen en KPI’s (prestatie indicatoren) op elke afdeling hebben? Nee, Business PSR kan u helpen om slimme doelstellingen en prestatie indicatoren op te stellen in relatie met uw kernactiviteiten.

Moet ik klanttevredenheid meten? Ja, er moet een systeem aanwezig zijn waarbij je kunt aantonen dat je klanten tevreden zijn. Business PSR kan je helpen met het opzetten van een simpele en effectieve klanttevredenheid meetsysteem zonder je klanten daarbij lastig te vallen (bv. door een enquête).

Kan ik van Certificering Instelling wijzigen? Ja, voorbeeld: u bent bij Lloyd’s Register gecertificeerd maar u wilt overstappen naar British Standards Institution (BSI). DNV or Bureau Veritas. Business PSR kan u daar in assisteren.

Mijn leveranciers leveren niet op tijd en we hebben geen tijd en middelen om onze belangrijkste leveranciers te controleren (auditten) en aan te zetten om effectieve correctieve door te voeren. Kunnen we leveranciers audit uitbesteden? Ja, Business PSR kan al uw leveranciers auditten en ervoor zorgen dat ze weer leveren zoals afgesproken.
